Adult Social Care produce first local account

London Borough of Merton Community and Housing have published their first adult social care 'local account' detailing performance on delivering services to Merton residents. This is a basic report for the first year, with the aim that it will evolve over time. They are also keen to get feedback on how to improve this report in the future.

The report is a self-assessment published by the council and includes details about outcomes achieved for service users, budget, comparative performance with other local authorities and customer case studies.
