All Saints Centre (LBM)
What is All Saints? The All Saints Centre is a day centre in South Wimbledon for adults with physical disabilities. We provide various onsite activities and outreach opportunities such as trips to London, flower arranging and art. We also work closely with other professionals to look at back to work opportunities, retraining and adaptation of the workplace. Each member is allocated a keyworker to ensure their needs are met, and they have regular reviews at which social workers and therapists may attend.
Who can attend? Each day the centre has space for 30 adults with physical disabilities. Most of our members come from Merton with a small input from surrounding boroughs. The age category for new members is 16 to 65 years old. Before attending the centre, you will have a financial assessment with possible cost implications. Ask at the point of referral for more information.
