Capacity Building Officer vacancy at Croydon Voluntary Action

Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA) is looking to appoint an experienced and skilled Capacity Building Officer to join its team of community development professionals. The postholder will be specifically supporting voluntary sector groups who are providing frontline services to children, young people, parents and families in Croydon.

This is an exciting and challenging position for an enthusiastic professional who has an interest in services for children and families, and who has the skills to develop groups to be innovative and enterprising in how they deliver their services. Experience around fundraising, quality assurance and business planning are key skills we are looking for.

The postholder will be working closely with commissioners and officers in Croydon Council and contributing towards formulating children’s services in Croydon that meet local needs and will make a lasting difference.
