ChangeUp is a national programme which aims to support capacity building for the voluntary and community sector.
In Merton, the ChangeUp programme is serviced by Merton Voluntary Service Council. The ChangeUp Consortium brings together representatives from:

support organisations (MVSC, Volunteer Centre Merton and Merton Unity Network)
