• A presentation on childhood obesity in Merton.  Main findngs were that one in five children in reception year are overweight or obese, rising to one in three children in year 6 (a similar proportion to adults).  The trust discussed a range of possible causes and actions.
• The government's 'Trouble Families' initiative and how it fits with the Merton Partnership Phipps Bridge PRG project.  We are planning a session on this at a future INVOLVE meeting.
• Reviewing and updating the Children and Young People's Plan and the timetable for developing a new Early Intervention and Prevention commissioning strategy.
