A selection of recent funding opportunities:

The Drinkaware Trust

The Drinkaware Trust aims to reduce alcohol misuse and raise awareness about the long term health risks caused by hazardous or harmful levels of drinking. Funding is available for organisations which support the strategic objectives of the trust. These include the following types of projects: peer-led education schemes; alcohol education work and awareness raising projects amongst disadvantaged people.

Funding is available all year round, through three schemes: Ideas Fund - up to £2, 000; Awareness Projects - up to £25,000 and the Big Impact Awards - up to £100,000.

Organisations with a larger financial turnover will be able to apply for the ‘Big Impact Award’. It is advised that applicants discuss their proposals with Drinkaware staff beforehand. For further details, and to apply, visit Drinkaware Grants.

The C Charitable Trust

The trust aims to support organisations undertaking projects for a wide range of charitable purposes.  For further details, and to apply, visit the C Charitable Trust website.

The AB Charitable Trust

The AB Charitable Trust (ABCT) is concerned with promoting and defending human dignity and supports charities that defend human rights and the promotion of respect for individuals whatever their circumstances.
The trust is particularly interested in charities that work with vulnerable, marginalised and excluded groups including: refugees and victims of torture; prisoners; older people and people with mental health problems.
Emergency grants for £5,000 can be awarded to charities which meet their wider criteria. Larger grants are available to charities which meet the key priorities of ABCT.
