School governors invited to green focus group, 15 December

London Sustainability Exchange is seeking Governors from schools that have already started to engage with the green agenda to take part in a focus group on Tuesday 15th December at their office in Borough.

Soon, the compulsory Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme (CRC) will be making sure schools improve energy efficiency or be penalised. Unfortunately, all schools in a single borough may be lumped into one big energy-consuming bundle. This means that schools will need to work together in order to guarantee good outcomes for their school and borough.
