How can Merton residents be helped to lead healthier lives?

NHS Sutton and Merton wants to find out how they can help local residents lead happier, healthier lives. To this end, they've set up a questionnaire, open to everyone who lives in Sutton and Merton and is aged between 18 and 65. The findings from the research will be published in a report which will be used to determine the most effective methods for communicating to local people about different health and lifestyle issues and the most appropriate ways of offering support to the community.
