Making local health services work for you and your community
Merton Council and NHS Sutton and Merton are offering free training to Merton residents on developing skills and knowledge about health and well-being. The course helps you think about the needs of your community and gives practical ideas about how to make your voice count.
The course has credits recognised by the Open College Network, and these can count towards qualifications or help with access to other training courses.
The next course will run from February to May 2011 in Mitcham (during school hours). Refreshments will be provided and childcare will be negotiable.
For more details click on the document below.
There will be an Information and Recruitment event for applicants on Wednesday 1 December 2010, from 10am to 1.30pm, at Pollards Hill Library, South Lodge Avenue, Mitcham, CR4 1LT.
