Last chance to book: Mapping Reablement in Merton, 22 June

This multi-agency event will bring together providers of reablement services from London Borough of Merton, NHS and voluntary organisations to explore how to improve local delivery.

A wide range of organisations are involved in delivering reablement-type services. These are services which help people adapt to a recent major change in their circumstances, helping them learn to live as independently as possible.

This event aims to map the range of services that play a role in reablement, identify possible gaps in services, and explore opportunities to improve services through collaboration.
