• Offers membership to Pre-school Groups, Toddler Groups & Full Day Care within the Borough.  Membership is also available to parents, carers and anyone interested in quality care and education for the Under Fives.
• Provides regular advice and support to all groups through its Development Workers.
• Encourages Individuals and Groups to take an active part in running the Sub-committee by joining the committee.
• Offers a wide variety of training courses.
