Chris Frost, Chief Executive
I am responsible to the Board of Trustees for the overall leadership, management and development of the organisation including finance, fund raising and quality assurance. I am company secretary and advise the Board on a range of best practice and governance issues.I manage the development team and our work on community engagement and have been leading on governance for the recently incorporated South London CVS Partnership. I advocate for and represent the voluntary and community sector on a range of strategic partnerships.

Dave Hobday, Head of Community Engagement & Partnerships
I facilitate INVOLVE, Merton’s Community Engagement Network, which keeps the sector abreast of new developments, provides an information exchange and acts as a consultation body for the public sector. I also support the INVOLVE representatives in their role on the Merton Partnership and other planning and policy groups. I oversee the delivery of Merton’s Local Involvement Network, co-ordinate the Merton Community Policing Partnership and provide support for local groups on public service delivery and public sector commissioning and procurement.

Beverley Burton, Development Worker
My role is to build the capacity of voluntary and community groups. I provide an advice and information service, including access to MVSC's library and funding databases. I can work with you around a wide range of developmental issues including: setting up a new group or project; help with constitutions and governance; charity registration; roles and responsibilities of management committees; identifying funding sources and help with applications; establishing monitoring & evaluation systems and providing tailor-made training.

I provide voluntary and community organisations with access to a high quality, confidential service on all financial matters, including training, one to one support and help in setting up financial systems. I can also offer your group a financial health check and hands on assistance on full cost recovery.

Rob Mobilé, Youth Groups Development Worker
I support the development of voluntary sector youth and community groups across Merton supporting them to deliver a high quality service to the young people they work with. I offer assistance in relation to fundraising, management and establishing good youth work practice, to enable groups to play an active part in the planning & delivery of a cohesive youth work agenda.

Stephen Troussé, Communications Officer
I work to raise awareness of MVSC and its activities within the local voluntary and public sectors, and maintain and develop the whole range of MVSC's communications, including our printed materials and the Merton Connected website.

Sally Scollan, Database Administrator/Bookkeeper
My main responsibility is to maintain the MVSC database and produce lists and mailing labels to support good communication with the organisations and individuals on the database.I also assist the work of MVSC by providing financial administration for the organisation using manual and computerised systems; recording invoices and payments received; petty cash; invoicing for photocopying and stationery charges for groups using MVSC’s resources; payment of invoices; monitoring receipt of grants and other income; liaison with payroll bureau and other issues connected with salary.

Justin Denny, Administrator
I provide a range of clerical and administrative support to the MVSC staff team. I am usually the first point of contact for visitors and enquirers. My tasks include: establishing and maintaining information and filing systems; administering bookings for training courses and resources available on loan to other groups; assisting with arrangements for meetings and events; and ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Through the performance of my day to day duties I try to help ensure the smooth running of the office.
