New address for NHS Sutton and Merton

NHS Sutton and Merton is relocating to new offices in Wimbledon town centre in April.

The new address is:

120 The Broadway, Wimbledon London  SW19 1RH

Telephone numbers will remain the same. The new fax number is 0203 4585413.

The move awill begin at the end of March and the majority of staff will have moved by the end of April. The Chief Executive’s Office will relocate to the new offices on 9 April.
