NCVO’s HR Masterclass offers a host of practical techniques and approaches to keep your organisation on the right side of employment legislation and help you make the most of good practice.
What the training will cover:
- Day one: Redundancy and restructuring
- Day two: Managing staff performance
Who should attend:
- HR officers and HR managers
- Line managers / those with people management responsibilities
- Chief executives or trustees
- Development workers in local infrastructure organisations
- Those wishing to get a refresher on their HR knowledge
This is a two-day course; however two colleagues from the same organisation may share a place on the course providing that they each attend on different days.
The trainer is Wendy Blake Ranken (Fellow, CIPD), author of The Good Guide to Employment. Wendy has over 20 years experience working in HR and was previously the head of HR at a large voluntary sector organisation in the UK, and is now a consultant.
