Adult Social Care Focus Group

Are you an adult social care customer and receiving a personal budget (whether managed by yourself or the council)?

LINk Merton wants to hear about your experiences. This focus group will consider both the positive and negative experiences that people have had and ways in which processes and outcomes could be further improved. The session will be interactive and everyone will be able to have their say. The results of the session will contribute to a report that LINk Merton is preparing about customers’ and carers’ experiences. Refreshments will be provided.
