NCVO course: Sustainable Funding

About the course:
If you understand the principles of sustainable funding, but need some help to make your ideas a reality then this practical and fun event will give you the skills and tools you need.

The course will enable you to write a sustainable income plan meeting your organisation’s needs. It covers key elements of the plan including income options, the external environment, organisational strengths, resources, risk management and setting achievable targets.

We will use examples and case studies and content developed with CASS Business School, including marketing and planning tools.

Who should attend?
This is an intermediate level course aimed voluntary and community organisations who are finding it difficult to create and implement a practical strategy for sustainable funding.
