This established programme has been developed to support people of all ages with mental health problems, learning difficulties, physical and sensory disabilities. We are looking for experience of working with disabled people, an understanding of the benefits of volunteering for individuals and the community and the challenges facing organisations involving volunteers, excellent project management, organisational and inter-personal skills. Our preference is to appoint a Mental Health professional as our programme co-ordinator and a support worker with experience of working with people with learning disabilities.
