London Youth Quality Mark (AQYP)

Merton Voluntary Service Council in partnership with LBM and London Youth has supported voluntary and community groups working with young people through the London Youth Quality Mark (AQYP).
The scheme started October 2009, with groups receiving mentoring and support via MVSC and London Youth and were assessed against 6 key areas.
The programme supported groups in reaching quality standards so that they...
- Achieve lasting improvements to their practice and management
- Provide a clear structure to plan and deliver support to our members
- Prove the quality of service being delivered to young people
- Have young people, their families and funders recognise the award as a sign of excellence
