Voluntary groups "not aware" of spending cuts

According to a new report from Voluntary Action Westminster, voluntary groups are "not aware" of the threat posed by the recession and future spending cuts. The report identifies four main threats: cuts in public spending, increased demand, the growth of a free market approach to commissioning and procurement and the move to personalised health and social care.
