Who Are We?
Atlantic Data Ltd. is a registered Umbrella Body with the both the Criminal Records Bureau and the Disclosure Scotland, which enables us to offer disclosure services to its clients. This means Atlantic Data Ltd. is able to obtain Basic, Standard and Enhanced Disclosures for organisations seeking to carry out out checks on personnel. To use our services all organisations must enter into agreement to ensure the Disclosure Code of Practice is upheld to protect individuals applying for Disclosure.
We offer a secure online application service for the completion of CRB forms. The many benefits of using our service includes the minimisation of errors through address verification and form validation, verification of identification through the online system and online tracking of all applications from start to finish.
How It Works
The form is divided into two parts, both of which are filled in online. The first is the applicant’s details, the second the ID section. Once both parts of the form have been completed, the form is printed and sent to you for the applicant’s signature (this is a legal requirement.) Once the signed form has been received with payment, it proceeds through the CRB. When your account has been activated, one of our dedicated account managers will provide phone-based training on the service so that you are aware of what facilities are available to you through the online system.
The CRB fee for Enhanced Disclosure is £36, for Standard Disclosure £31 and Basic Disclosure is £20. Our admin fee is £7.70 (Inc. vat) and the registration fee will depend on how many checks you require per year.
