Room Hire...

1. Parties or meetings etc: one month's notice required and full payment one month in advance

Non-members must remit a £200 cash deposit, refundable in full only if no costs incurred

Members must remit a £100 cash deposit, refundable in full only if no costs incurred

2. Family weddings, funerals etc: 2 month's notice and full payment one month in advance

3. Under 8s Party Package: Saturdays and Sundays 2pm - 5pm

    Members £50 + £50 cash deposit - refundable if no expense incurred

Includes hire of Bouncy Castle in the Hall where games can be played (not ball games) and the Crèche which must be used for all food. Limited to 25 people in total.

    Non-members £60 + £4 Membership fee + £100 cash deposit - refundable if no expense incurred

4. Hire of chairs - off-premises

150 Orange, moulded plastic chairs are available for hire @ 50p (minimum charge £5).
