BUSINESS MANAGER

Salary: £30,050 - £31,619 (includes London weighting) for full-time position South Thames Crossroads is a Charity formed through the merger of two existing well-established Crossroads Schemes. This is an exciting time in the development of the organisation and we are seeking a person with sound business and financial skills to support the CEO in the furtherance of this development and in our future expansion. As a carers organisation we are proud of the services we provide and know from the feedback from our clients that they value the support we offer.

The Charity operates over two sites in Mitcham and in Streatham. Reporting directly to the CEO you will work across both sites and be responsible for financial and contract management as well as the management of the administration and IT systems. You will play a fundamental role in the delivery of our care and fund generation, working with the CEO and Trustees in implementing our organisation’s strategy and business plan. Experience and qualifications in these areas, particularly finance is essential. A management qualification is desirable.

You will have a real flair for devising and implementing plans, polices and budgets and be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a staff team. You will contribute to our vision and direction as a senior management team member and deputise for the CEO as necessary. You will have senior management experience in the voluntary or statutory service, be a strategic thinker and have an ability to build organisational reputation.
