Review of hospital discharge at St Helier hospital - deadline extended to March 12

Merton and Sutton LINk are conducting a joint review of hospital discharge at St Helier hospital. Please share your experiences of discharge with us by completing a questionnaire that can be reached by clicking here.

The questionnaire is to be distributed as widely as possible within the community across Merton and Sutton for the LINks to analyse information and make recommendations from the patient’s perspective.
