Mitcham has the most disadvantaged wards in the Borough of Merton and our aim is to provide services and support that builds up these communities, especially those in greatest need. We also work with people to identify and move towards resolving issues, meeting aspirations and developing self esteem and resilience. Our main areas of work are Children and Families, Older Adult, Mental Health, Adult Learning and Advice & Support which span across all ages, cultures and interests. Together with a team of volunteers and volunteer management, the services we provide are widely recognised for their quality and positive impact. All our work is underpinned by strong partnerships of which Merton Local Authority, NHS Sutton & Merton, Merton's Voluntary Sector & local churches are significant and by a range of funders, large and small.
